Why is The Innovation Hub attractive to corporates?

  • The emphasis is on learning in a practical, hands-on manner i.e. it’s not a class-room focus
  • There is no pressure of a buy.
Organisations can ‘try’ a product and at the end of the programme decide if it is right for them
  • As the focus is on a pilot, the organisation minimises the risk of large-scale disruption or a negative experience from line managers & employees
  • Often the HR/business leader understands the urgency of this issue but the rest of the team is ‘transactional’. The Hub can be the first step (and a gentler way) to help the broader team start thinking about ‘digital disruption’
  • All selected solutions can work with any existing IT systems. Integration with current HRIS systems is therefore not an issue
  • As the process does not involve the sale of an IT system (but is a learning programme), lengthy intervention from procurement, IT etc. can be managed more effectively
